EXPERIENCE YOU CAN TRUST

Nomad Oasis is built on more than nine years of hands-on experience in the car-rental industry. Our founder previously served as Branch Manager at two established car-rental companies, gaining extensive experience in fleet management, reservations, vehicle bookings, customer service and daily rental operations.

These responsibilities include:

• Managing vehicle reservations and rental bookings

• Managing and monitoring rental fleets

• Coordinating vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs

• Assisting customers before, during and after their rentals

• Managing a 24-hour duty phone

• Providing after-hours assistance

• Coordinating breakdown support and resolving urgent problems

• Monitoring vehicle service schedules and arranging maintenance

An important part of this experience was building strong, personal relationships with our clients. We believe that taking the time to understand each client’s travel plans and individual requirements leads to better service and a more enjoyable rental experience.

OUR RENTAL SOLUTIONS

Nomad Oasis assists clients with finding suitable rental vehicles for their journeys throughout Namibia. Additional vehicles are available through our trusted SCH rental partnership, giving customers access to a broader selection of vehicles and convenient online booking options to satisfy your needs.

For partner rentals, our approved SCH rental partner manages your vehicle, bookings, payments, rental agreements, vehicle handover and returns. Nomad Oasis remains available to provide local knowledge, personalised assistance and support throughout the rental journey.
